Our Mona Vale workshop provides professional bike servicing, repairs and advice for all types of riders - from quick fixes to full overhauls and custom work.

Do I need to book in my bike?
No booking needed - simply drop your bike in during business hours.
Our mechanics will assess the job, add it to the queue and call you
with a quote before any work begins. You decide if you'd like to
proceed - no pressure, no obligation. -
Do you work on electric bikes?
We support e-bikes with reputable drive systems such as:
Bosch • Shimano • Fazua • Mahle
We have the correct diagnostic tools, software, and experience to work on these systems safely and properly.
We are unable to service:
❌ Fixed-seat e-bikes (e.g. DiroDi and similar brands)
❌ E-bikes that have been "unlocked" or modified from factory settings

Workshop turnaround time?
Turnaround time varies depending on the size of the job, parts
availability and current workshop load. We will give you a realistic
timeframe when we call with your quote - and we'll always keep
you updated along the way.

Parts & Consumables
We stock a wide range of workshop essentials and consumables including: inner tubes, tyres, brake pads, cables & housing, chains & drivetrain consumables

Do you buy or sell used bikes?
We don't buy or trade in second hand bikes, and we don't sell used bikes in store. If you're unsure whether your current bike is worth servicing or if it's time to upgrade, our team is happy to take a look and give you an honest opinion

Can you order bikes or parts not listed online?
Absolutely! Our online range is just a snapshot of what we carry. If you're after a specific model, size or build we don't currently have in stock, get in touch and we'll do our best to source it for you.
