Standard Shipping

• Standard shipping within Australia is $12 per order.

• All orders are shipped via Australia Post and typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• You will receive a notification when your order has been dispatched.

Click & Collect

• You can choose Click & Collect at checkout and pick up your items from our store.

• We will notify you via SMS or email when your items are ready for collection.

• Please bring a copy of your order confirmation when picking up your items.

Shipping for Bikes

• Standard shipping is not available for bikes.

• If you would like your bike shipped, please email us at shop@cyclespot.com.auto discuss shipping options and costs.

Returns & Exchanges

• For all returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Alternatively, items can be dropped off in-store for returns or exchanges.

• Returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
