Returns Policy – Cycle Spot

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.

Change of Mind Returns

We have a 7-day return period, meaning you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns but will provide a store credit or exchange

  • If your return is approved, a store credit will be issued

  • Store credits are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and can be used toward any future purchase

This policy applies only to eligible, full-priced items, such as clothing purchased in the wrong size.

Exclusions

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on the following:

  • Bicycles, due to change of mind, incorrect size, or fit.

  • Sale, clearance, or final sale items (these are non-refundable and non-exchangeable).

Please ensure you are confident in your selection before completing your purchase.
These exclusions do not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order confirmation email).

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can review the issue and make it right.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our policy does not exclude or replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or store credit for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
