Our head mechanic is Cytech-certified and brings over 20 years of hands-on experience to the bench. Whether you're chasing milliseconds in a race or fine-tuning your daily commuter, your bike is in skilled hands.

Tuesday – Friday: 10:00am – 5:30pm
Saturday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
Sunday & Monday: Closed

⚡ E-bike Policy
We support e-bikes with reputable drive systems such as:
Bosch • Shimano • Fazua • Mahle
We have the correct diagnostic tools, software, and experience to work on these systems safely and properly.
We are unable to service:
❌ Fixed-seat e-bikes (e.g. DiroDi and similar brands)
❌ E-bikes that have been "unlocked" or modified from factory settings
If you're unsure whether your E-bike qualifies, feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to advise.
Our goal is to provide safe, reliable servicing and that means sticking to what we know we can do well.
Turnaround Times
Our workshop operates on a queue system, meaning bikes are reviewed in the order they arrive. Once your bike is in the queue, we’ll carry out an initial inspection on the stand. After confirming any parts needed, we’ll give you a call with a quote. Once we have your approval, we’ll get started as soon as we can.
Some jobs are quick, others are more detailed; it all depends on the work required, the time of year, and parts availability. Either way, we’ll keep you updated and nothing happens without your go-ahead.
Please Note:
🚲 Bikes dropped off on a Saturday will not be assessed until later in the week
🛠 We are unable to promise workshop jobs on a Saturday
📝 All bikes are quoted before work begins - nothing happens without your approval
📦 Parts availability can affect turnaround times - we'll keep you updated
